(2) DO YOU SUPPLY GOODS ALL OVER AUSTRALIA AND ITS TERRITORIES?

 

Yes we certainly do. We post our goods to anywhere in Australia including Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos Keeling Island and Tiwi Island

 

(3) HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

 

We despatch our orders using Australia Post. Your order will be despatched as soon as is possible and despatch time is dependant on supply of stock to hand and postage times.

 

(4) DOES BRIGHT EDUCATION HAVE AN EXCHANGE POLICY?

 

Yes we certainly do as long as the goods aren't damaged in any way.

 

(5) WHAT IF THE PRODUCT YOU SENT ME ISN'T WHAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE?

(6) HOW LONG HAS BRIGHT EDUCATION BEEN TRADING FOR?

 

Bright Education has been trading in excess of 17 years. New owners took over late in 2009.

 

(7) WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN BE MADE FOR GOODS?

 

Payment by Direct Deposit is the preferred form of payment by Bright Education. Schools may pay by cheque once invoiced though cheque facilities are being withdrawn by the main Banks. The online shop accepts Visa and Master Card.

 

(8) DOES BRIGHT EDUCATION DELIVER PRODUCTS ANYWHERE IN AUSTRALIA?

 

Bright Education uses Australia Post as its preferred delivery service and can despatch its products anywhere in Australia. The delivery date depends on availability of supply but we aim to deliver as soon as is possible, usually within a few business days from the date of the order.

 

(9) CAN MY PRODUCT BE SENT "ON APPROVAL"?
