Lamination Update

As part of Daydream Education's ongoing sustainability initiatives, our supplier is transitioning to a new, thinner lamination.

During this transition you may receive posters with either the previous or updated laminate. Both versions meet the same high-quality durability and presentation standards.

Shipping Information

Fast Australia-Wide Delivery

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, with both Standard and Express Post delivery options available. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Express Post

  • Orders placed before 11:00 am (AEST), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same business day.

Standard Shipping

  • Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
  • Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Placing a Purchase Order

We strive to make the ordering process as simple as possible for our valued customers. Here’s how you can place a Purchase Order:

1. At Checkout:

  • Add your purchase order number to the 'Order Special Instructions' box.
  • Ensure your contact and shipping information is complete.
  • List the products you wish to purchase.
  • Select Bank Deposit as your payment method.

If you would like your invoice sent directly to your Accounts Department, please include their email address in the 'Order Special Instructions' box as well.
