Rates are calculated at checkout, with both Standard and Express delivery options available. We currently use Australia Post for all shipments.

Express Post orders placed before 11 am (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day.

Standard delivery orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition as when you received it.
• Be unused and in its original packaging.

Please note:

• The cost of return shipping will be at your expense.
• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and accepted, we will issue a refund for the agreed amount.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@brighteducation.com.au so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All Our Daydream Education posters are:

• Dimensions: A1 Poster (840mm x 594mm)
• Material: High-quality 170 GSM gloss paper with 70-micron laminated finish
• 🌳 Eco-Friendly: Printed on FSC-certified paper

These posters are laminated for durability, providing a water-resistant, anti-tear finish that’s easy to clean and built to last.

Important Update on Lamination:

We are transitioning to a new, thinner lamination as part of our supplier’s commitment to sustainable and cost-effective production. While you may receive a mix of older and newer laminations during this period, rest assured that both versions maintain the same high-quality standard you expect from Daydream Education.
